Meagan Eliot,
Community Engagement and Research
Meagan has nine years of experience working with diverse stakeholders on public policy solutions, including state legislators elected and appointed city and county officials, tribal leaders, state and local government administrators, private industry, community groups and youth.
She is a trained and experienced researcher in both quantitative and qualitative methods, with a strong background in fiscal analysis. She designs and implements research projects that include surveys, focus group, stakeholder interviews, electronic town hall meetings, and secondary data analysis. She believes that designing public participation and research strategies in a cohesive package can offer state and local governments the information they need to make winning public policy decisions.
Meagan has been with FLT Consulting since 2007. She received her Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Public Administration from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.
